All our flower bouquets and arrangements are made fresh to order. We will do our best to replicate the items pictured as much as possible. However, variations in flowers, box and candle are possible. If an item pictured is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute it for an item of similar style and value.

Some items are available in three sizes: regular, deluxe and premium. The arrangement you see in the picture is an example version. The regular version has the least amount of flowers, premium has the most, and deluxe is somewhere in between. The higher the value of your choice, the more flowers of a higher quality you will get.

You have the option to pre-order and choose your preferred delivery or pick-up date at checkout. This ensures our florists can prepare fresh flowers for you on the selected date. We also offer the option of same-day delivery during the checkout process. For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 12 pm. If you need assistance with a same-day order after 12 pm, please contact us. Please note that same-day deliveries are unavailable on Sundays and public holidays.
