Our products are subject to availability. Pictures provided on our website are intended to serve as guides. The final product may not be exactly the same as the pictures.
In case we are unable to provide your chosen item, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and/or quality without notice.
Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
Prices listed are valid for a maximum of 14 days from the date of submitting your order.
Prices include VAT for deliveries in Malta.
Prices for wedding flowers are available on request.
We offer a delivery service to all areas in Malta and Gozo. Delivery to Gozo is available during weekdays only and order must be placed in advance. We do not deliver to any other location outside Malta and Gozo.
The delivery charge is applicable per delivery address and date. The delivery of multiple items to different addresses and/or on different dates are charged for each different delivery address and date.
Products are delivered within the next days unless you indicate a delivery date in your order. Deliveries are made between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Deliveries to Mater Dei Hospital are made in the afternoon.
You may indicate a specific delivery date. Please allow a minimum of 6 hours window for deliveries on normal working days; orders on special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day, etc. require a longer preparation timeframe. For reasons beyond our control, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific delivery time. If you indicate a minimum of 3-hour timeframe in your order, we will do our best to comply with your request but we cannot be bound in any way to honour such a request.
Items can be delivered on the same day if the order is made before 12 pm. Same day deliveries are not possible on Sundays and public holidays. Same day deliveries are not possible to Gozo.
In order to avoid delivery problems or delays, please ensure that you include the correct personal and delivery details (full address of the intended recipient and date for delivery) in your order. Please also include your daytime telephone number so that we can notify you in case of delivery problems.
We reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide in your order to organise the delivery. If the recipient is not home, we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour or leave the item in front of the recipient's door. If you request delivery to a different address, you will be charged an additional delivery charge.
Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date/time.
