How can I order flowers?

You can order flowers from our online shop or our flower shop at St Paul's Bay in Malta. We offer a wide selection of flower bouquets and arrangements for any occasion: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, birthday, anniversary, wedding, congrats, new baby, thank you, I'm sorry, get well, special events or simply to surprise your loved ones. Can I schedule my order in advance?

Yes, you can place your order in advance through our online shop. You will be able to select your preferred delivery or pick-up date. This helps us secure the required flowers which our florist will prepare fresh for you to be ready on the selected date.

Can I send flowers to Malta?

Yes, our flowers can be delivered to any area in Malta from Monday to Sunday.

Can I send flowers to Gozo?

Yes, our flowers can be delivered to any area in Gozo from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Do you offer a same-day flower delivery service?

Yes, flowers can be delivered on the same day if the order is confirmed before 12 pm. Please allow a minimum window of six operating hours for deliveries on normal working days. Orders on special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day, etc. will require a longer preparation timeframe. Same day deliveries are not possible on Sundays and public holidays. Same day deliveries are not possible to Gozo.

When will you deliver my flowers?

Our flowers are delivered fresh and beautiful on the day that you indicate when you place your order. If you indicate a specific timeframe in your order, we will do our best to comply with your request but we cannot be bound in any way to honour such a request. Specific timeframes are not possible on special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day, etc. In view of organising the delivery, we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide in your order.

Can the florist deliver flowers at a specific time?

While we strive to accommodate all customer requests, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time using the delivery options available via our online shop. If a customer indicates a specific delivery time in their order, we will do our best to deliver within a reasonable window, but we are not bound by that time. However, we offer express delivery services, the cost of which depends on the delivery address. Please contact us directly to arrange for this service.

Can I get free delivery?

Free delivery is enticing because customers want to think that they are making a good deal. The reality is that a delivery service costs money. For the sake of transparency, we do not include the delivery cost in the price of the flower bouquet because some customers prefer to pick up the flowers themselves. A delivery fee which will be paid to the delivery courier is added to the total price when the order is placed and delivery is selected.

What methods of payment does your florist accept?

We accept various payment methods, including Revolut, BOV mobile pay, bank cards, and PayPal. For payments through Revolut and BOV mobile pay, please use your phone app to complete the transaction. If you prefer to pay in cash, you can visit our flower shop to make your payment. Please note that we only confirm your order upon receipt of payment. So, make sure to complete your payment promptly to avoid any delays in processing your order. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled within a few hours. Choose the payment option that works best for you and enjoy our beautiful flowers today.

Can I customise my order or flowers?

Yes, you can customise your flower order to suit your needs. In that case, please contact us through the chat function on our website and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I have exactly the same flowers as the photo?

We try our best to create arrangements that closely resemble the photo, but please keep in mind that each arrangement is unique and made with fresh, in-season blooms. If an item pictured is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute it for an item of similar style and value.

Can I send chocolates or wine with my flowers?

Yes, you can make your flower delivery extra sweet by adding a box of chocolates, a bottle of wine or a scented candle. If you opt for one of our wonderful flower arrangements in a hatbox, you can also style it up by including a window bag. This gives the flower gift an extra touch of elegance and style.

Can I add a message with my flower order?

Yes, we recommend that you add a message and your name. Each product on our online shop gives you the option to add a note which we will hand-write with your order. Unless the sender's name is indicated in this field, the recipient will not be informed of the sender's name. You also have the option to choose either a complimentary Flowers by Phyllis card or a greetings card for your special occasion.

Can I send flowers to someone in the hospital through your florist?

Yes, our florist offers flower delivery services to hospitals in Malta (Mater Dei Hospital, Saint James Hospital, etc.) in the afternoon. You can trust us to send your best wishes and brighten up your loved one's day with a beautiful bouquet. Place your order easily online and provide us with the recipient's name, hospital name,  ward and bed number if possible. Please note that we are not allowed to deliver fresh flowers to the oncology department.

Can you recommend a flower gift for a birthday?

We have a great selection of flower gifts that are perfect for birthdays. If you want to send flowers for a birthday, it is important to consider the recipient's favourite colours and flowers. You can choose a hand-held bouquet, a plant, or one of our popular hatbox bouquets. We can deliver the flower gift to your loved one's doorstep so they can enjoy their special day.

Can you recommend a flower gift for an anniversary?
